AROMATHERAPY: TRY THIS AT HOME


LAVENDER OIL

Lavender is the all time favourite. It was a favourite bathtime cleanser for the Romans.
It is both relxing and stimulating, apwerful antiseptic and healer. Excellent for tension depression and skin problems.
Home use: 5 drops in a warm bath to relax.
Use in an oil burner for to clear the air and lift the spirit.
 

GERANIUM OIL

Geranium has a rosy sweet lemon and mint smell.
It works as a tonic and sedative on the nervous system. It is mildly ntiseptic and is a good skin soother.
One of the most important oils....perfect to put you in a good mood, put you to sleep, give you energy or relax you totally.
In a hot bath geranium is deeply relaxing: in a cooler one it is energising.

JASMINE OIL

The smell of jasmine is romantic, rich and exotic.
It appears in most of the classic perfumes for it's sensual note. It will leave you in a confident, relaxed and slightly euphoric mood.
Add a few drops to a saucer of water and place on a radiator to make everyone in the room feel mellow.
Don't forget, jasmine is an APHRODISIAC!
