Breathe
Take a few minutes to centre yourself with deep breathing anytime you are feeling stressed. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Sit in a high backed chair, with your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on your lower abdominal area and place your attention here as you breathe in peace and breathe out stress.

Get regular exercise.
For mild depression a 20 session of aerobic exercise twice a week has been shown to be more effective than taking anti-depressants.
